About DEI ready
At DEI Ready, we partner with organizational leaders to identify and promote organizational behaviors that contribute to inclusive and equitable environments. We help institutions develop organizational strategies and goals rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion principles using an evidence-based, data-driven approach. A diverse workforce has experiences and expectations that will continue to re-shape the work environment. In response, many organizations have launched diversity initiatives and appointed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leaders to facilitate organizational change. Many DEI leaders are tasked with broad mandates while controlling limited resources.
Despite widespread efforts, few companies have achieved DEI goals. Working across sectors, we help academic, non-profit, civic, and corporate DEI leaders assess organizational readiness and develop strategies for success
