Diagnosis
Our diagnostic survey tool, the Diagnostic Survey of Institutional Culture (DSIC), draws out organizational characteristics that help your team better understand institutional culture and the impact that culture has on DEI. The DISC will help identify if your institution is ready to pursue diversity, equity and inclusion activities. Our survey tool is supplemented by focused interviews, workshops and planning retreats.
We will work with your executive team to frame preliminary goals and frame expectations. As part of our diagnostic analysis, we will review current organizational diversity, equity and inclusion activities. Our DEI rubric will assess your current diversity preparedness across eight thematic areas. Are you performing well? Or are there gaps to be addressed? We will work with the executive team to frame preliminary DEI opportunities and challenges.
